Name: Grady Bucher House: Gryffindor Age / Birthdate: 17/ April 17th Year:7th Bloodline / Heritage: Pure Blood / French, Irish, English Personal History: Grady is an only child who lived his entire life just outside London with his mother Eileen and his father Therin. They were slightly well off, and until he began going to Hogwarts he was spoiled. Luckily, he was not spoiled rotten. His parents were rather disappointed that he was sorted in Gryffindor, considering both of them had been in Slytherin. He was thankful to finally get away from pure blood elitists like his parents. He had a rather uneventful life, except for the occasional trip to St. Mungo's because of his allergy to bees and when he nearly drowned in his families pond. Up until his 5th year, Grady was very mischievous. Nothing else he did made him content, and the thrill of testing the limits out weighted any consequences. A death in the family made him look at his life a little more seriously, and also made him decide to become an auror. In his third year, Grady was in the Hospital Wing for a week after a nearly fatal bee sting. Personality: If nothing else, Grady is honest and outspoken, so much so he's earned the nickname Captain Obvious. He doesn't have a problem voicing his opinion, whether it be what his mothers roast tastes like, or whether or not a girl is pretty. He is so vocal about girls looks that he may seem superficial, but in reality, he is not. Just like anyone, personality matter most - looks are just the icing on the cake. He does, however, like to be secretive about unimportant things, such as his birthday or his height. For most of his grade school years, he wouldn't even admit to his parents what day he was born. Also, only his close family members and the doctors who treated him know about his allergy to bees. He is rather embarrassed by the fact, and will lie about it. He enjoys the company of people, and needs little personal space. He is incredibly messy, especially with his clothing. He is very argumentative, even if it's only over whether the butter is hard or soft. His mostly happy, but has an extremely short fuse. Thankfully, he tends to forgive and forget just as quickly. He's always up for a good laugh, even if he's not the one being funny. Driven to be an auror, Grady works hard at his studies, but allows for an equal amount of relaxation time, which he usually spends running or playing muggle soccer. I mean, a ball, being kicked about the ground? How fascinating! He considers most people close friends; it takes hardly any effort to become one of his friends and it takes a lot to shake him loose, even if you're trying. Grady is known for rooting for the underdog, and will defend anyone if they are being hassled no matter his own personal history with them. He acts often without thinking, and this has caused him to run into a bit of trouble. Physical Description: Grady has an athletic build, with slender arms and legs and strong core. He is roughly 6' 1", and 91kg. He doesn't care much for robes, and spent a good bit of younger years trying to persuade his parents to let him wear jeans. His hands are large, and his fingers slightly crooked. His natural hair color is blond, though he dyes it black on occasion - much to the dismay of his family. Preferred Body Model: Ryan Gosling Hobbies and talents: Quidditch Beating, but nothing else involving quidditch - besides flying. Muggle Soccer Weaknesses: He can be rather lazy, and is very very unorganized. He is very argumentative, even with professors. He's a horrible swimmer. He can often be too honest, and his honesty is perceived as cruelty. He is color blind in his right eye.
